Meet Lenise
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lenise is one of the BCBAs at Reaching for the Sky ABA. Lenise got into the field by finding a flyer at UNLV during her undergrad and just got lucky enough to stumble upon some amazing people. She has been in the ABA field for 24 years serving children, young adults and their families in Las Vegas, northern Nevada, Florida and several other parts of the country.
For Lenise it has been an amazing experience to watch the growth in service providers throughout the years. She is so excited to be a part of this amazing team and is looking forward to working with everyone here and continuing to serve the community. Lenise loves spending time with my boys snowboarding and building legos.

Meet Juliana
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As Juliana pursued her undergrad at UC San Diego in Human Development, her interest to work with children grew when she started working as a teacher assistant at the Early Childhood Center at UC San Diego and she worked with a variety of kiddos from toddler to preschool. Juliana loved working with kiddos that had IEPs, as she was able to connect with them on a different level. Thus, still being an undergrad she was able to pursue a teaching career for almost 2 years, and she worked as a preschool and kindergarten teacher at Solana beach in San Diego County. Juliana was fortunate enough to take a course work during her undergrad that was research based, where she was able to observe teachers, BCBA’s, SLPS, OTs, social workers at Rady’s Children Autism Discovery Institute, and that is when she truly fell in love with the field of ABA.
As Covid occurred and schools shut down, she decided it was time to join the field of ABA. Juliana started her ABA journey in 2020 at the same time her young cousins were diagnosed with autism and it gave a reason to pursue the field further. Juliana applied to the program of Masters of Science in ABA through National University. She was able to learn through her field work hours that she truly enjoyed the generalization and naturalistic teaching method. As Juliana passed the exam in 2024 her goal is to keep implementing these methods with the kiddos she works with. Fun Fact: Juliana loves spending time with her dogs, loves cooking, and you will find her at pilates classes after work.

Meet Tatiana
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Administrator
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
My name is Tatiana, I am originally from Oxnard California but consider myself a Vegas native being here 10 years now. I value family and connection and enjoy living in the moment. I am a huge dog mom and enjoy spending time around nature(when it’s not 110 degrees). I’ve been in the field for about three years now, and my passion for helping others has only grown stronger.
Working with such amazing families, colleagues, mentors and being part of each child’s developmental journey in ABA has been such a meaningful experience. The joy they bring and the small (but huge) milestones we celebrate together are what keep me going. Every kiddo I’ve worked with has taught me something new, not just about the work, but about myself. I’ve grown so much personally through this journey, and I’ll always be here as a positive support and advocate for every child I get the chance to work with.
