Meet Rebecca
MA, BCBA, LBA
Rebecca has been serving children on the autism since 2007. She began her career while residing with a family that had a child on the autism spectrum. Becoming familiarized with autism and the daily struggles for those affected by the disorder, Rebecca was inspired to continue growing her skillset in ABA while completing her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2009.
Rebecca continued working as a behavior consultant while completing her M.A. at Ball State University in 2016. Rebecca is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed behavior Analyst (LBA). Rebecca enjoys bringing new skills, independence, and joy to the children she serves.

Meet Samantha
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Dr. Samantha Joy Jasa started working in the field in 2009 as a behavior therapist. She received her bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of San Diego in 2013. She then received her master’s degree in special education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015 and became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in 2016. Continuing her education, Dr. Jasa received her doctorate in special education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021, defending her dissertation titled “Factors Affecting Registered Behavior Technicians’ (RBTs’) Intent to Stay or Leave: A Delphi Study.” Dr. Jasa has worked as a BCBA for children with autism across the in-home and clinic setting. She enjoys working with children and families and watching the progress they make throughout their journey in therapy.
Meet Seneca
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Seneca became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020. She has over 8 years of experience dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families. With a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for children, Seneca specializes in developing and implementing trauma-informed individualized behavior intervention plans that foster skill development and promote positive behavior changes. Currently employed at Reaching for the Sky ABA, she delivers evidence-based practices and ensure effective treatment strategies. Seneca earned a M.Ed. in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from UNLV and a B.S. in Speech and Language Disabilities. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her 3 dogs to the park, traveling and trying new foods with her fiancé, and tending to her aquarium and various houseplants.
Meet Koko
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Koko Absolam is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum, she is committed to creating individualized, evidence-based intervention plans that foster meaningful progress. With a strong focus on collaboration with families and other professionals, Koko strives to provide the highest quality of care, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Meet Jessica
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Administrator
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Jessica has been an RBT since 2019. She began her career in ABA when she discovered her passion for working with children and has worked with ages 3 to 16. She recently graduated with her Bachelors from UNLV in Healthcare Administration & Policy and has completed an internship at UMC. She is passionate about improving the healthcare patients receive and is dedicated to improve the healthcare systems we have today. Fun fact: Jessica loves traveling and reading.
Meet Cheyenne
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Cheyenne has been an RBT for three years working with ages 1 to 12 years old. Cheyenne has a passion for teaching and was inspired to join the ABA field. Cheyenne got her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at UNLV. Cheyenne has a special talent with playing the violin. Fun Fact: Cheyenne loves reading books and dogs.
Meet Aundreya
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Aundreya began her career as a lead teacher in a preschool classroom in California. She has been caring for children with special needs for over four year and recently received her Registered Behavior Technician. She is enjoying her journey as an RBT implementing ABA therapy to her amazing clients.
Meet Kylie
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Kylie always wanted to become a teacher and loves the 1:1 teaching that ABA provides. Kylie is currently Indiana Wesleyan University for Early Childhood education. Kylie loves working on language development and social skills. Fun fact: Kylie can play a mean game of musical chairs.
Meet Alicia
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Supervisee
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Alicia’s journey into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began with a simple act of volunteering. Working closely with children diagnosed with Autism, she discovered a passion for helping them unlock their potential and thrive in their unique ways. Alicia embarked on an educational journey and graduated with a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to enhance their skills and lead fulfilling lives. As she works towards becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she remains committed to leveraging evidence-based practices to empower children with ASD and facilitate their growth. Her ultimate goal as a future BCBA is to reach a diverse spectrum of children with ASD, recognizing and embracing their individuality and unique personality traits. Alicia aspires to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD, promoting their independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Meet Merelyn
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Merelyn's passion for working with children and commitment to positively impacting my community led her to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With 3 years of experience in the field, she focuses on supporting kids on the autism spectrum and their families, using her skills to foster meaningful development and improve their quality of life. Merelyn dedicated to making a difference in families' lives, one session at a time. Fun fact: When she is not at working, you can find her exploring local events and festivals with her husband and kids or unwinding with Netflix and a cozy blanket.
Meet Juliana
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Juliana has been an RBT for four years. Juliana is currently working towards her Masters degree and plans on being a BCBA.
Meet Melissa
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Melissa has been an RBT since 2022. Melissa got into this field because she wanted to make a difference in her client’s lives. Fun Fact: Melissa enjoys working out and crocheting.
Meet Maya
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Maya has been an RBT since early 2024. Maya got into the field of ABA due to family members with special needs. Wanted to learn how to help and and other disabilities like adhd. Fun Fact: Maya is very family oriented and enjoys her family time during the holidays.
Meet Amber

Amber has been an RBT since early 2024. Amber is currently working towards her Masters degree and plans on being a BCBA.
Meet Lauren
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Lauren has been an RBT since 2017. Lauren had aspirations to become a Special Education teacher but found she could have more of an impact on her students in the field of ABA. Lauren has a Masters in Special Eduction with an emphasis in ABA and is working towards her field hours to become a BCBA. Fun Fact: she has 3 dogs and loves to travel.
Meet Shirli
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Shirli is originally from California and moved to Nevada 8 years ago. She loves kids and spending time with her family. She got into the field of ABA due to her desire to help others and seeing those beautiful smiles.
Meet Ty
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs provide the direct service implementation to our children with the oversight of our BCBA.
Ty has been an RBT since 2021. Ty entered the field after watching how ABA impacted her sibling with ASD. Ty loves seeing every small goal being accomplished with her clients. Ty is in school working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Ty enjoys playing board games and card games with her family.

· Cultural Competency (meeting requirements for NRS 449 and NRS 630 for 2024)
